I don’t have any passwords at all. Is recovery even possible?
Usually yes. If the domain or hosting was bought using your email, phone, or business documents, providers have recovery processes. Even when the developer used their own account, a polite formal request (which we help draft) resolves most cases.
Can you finish a website someone else started?
In most cases, yes. We first audit the existing work — if it’s salvageable we finish it, if it’s a mess we’ll show you why and quote a rebuild. You get an honest recommendation, not an upsell.
My developer is asking a big yearly "renewal fee". Is that normal?
Actual renewal costs are usually just domain (₹800–₹1,500/yr) and hosting (₹1,500–₹4,000/yr for small sites), paid directly to providers. Anything beyond that should be for actual maintenance work. We’ll move everything into your accounts so you pay providers directly.
Will you also hold my website hostage?
No — and you don’t have to trust our word. Everything is registered in your name from day one, and you get every password in writing. You can leave us anytime and lose nothing. That’s the whole point of this service.
What does it cost in total?
The ₹4,999 rescue covers recovery, audit, and transfer. Finishing or rebuilding is quoted after the audit — always fixed-price, in writing, before any work starts. The ₹4,999 is adjusted against the bigger job if you proceed.
