We started as a team that hated the gap between great design, solid engineering, and the AI hype cycle. We built TNXN.Agency to close that gap.

Most agencies pick a lane. Some design beautifully but can't ship. Some ship fast but skip the craft. Some chase the AI gold rush without understanding the engineering. We decided not to pick a lane.

Started in digital in 2013. Twelve years in, Shezad has led digital strategy for brands like Doctor 360, Zimmber, and Sia Art Jewellery — and trained over 1,500 marketers at IIDE, Digital Trainee, and Pace Career Academy.
The studio is his way of bringing two practices into one room: serious digital craft (web, SEO, performance, AI) and the kind of teaching mindset that documents trade-offs, demystifies decisions, and treats clients like collaborators — not buyers.
